Shipping and Returns 

All orders are sent out within 5 working days of ordering. Most are sent out within 1-2 working days after the order date, but it can be longer over busy periods. 

Please note there is also an option to purchase tracked shipping on your orders if you would prefer this. 

Made to order items will take longer, please see the individual item description for their dispatch dates. 

I currently ship to the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, UAE and Australia. If you would like to purchase something from Felicity Alice but live outside of these countries please get in touch to discuss this, I’d be very happy to help! Send me an email at felicity@felicityalice.com

UK Shipping 

All orders are posted using Royal mail, postage is decided upon the weight and price of the item/items in the order. If you require speedier delivery, please get in touch and I will try to help. 

All orders sent using Royal Mail Second Class Standard postage and are taking 2-10 working days to arrive - please allow longer for international shipping, the postage rate is decided upon the weight and price of the item/items in the order. Tracked shipping is available and advised for orders going outside fo the UK. Please note that if you do not order with tracking, we cannot be held responsible for any lost items, nor replace them.

EU Customers may have to pay duty/customs charges upon receipt of their orders. Unfortunately I cannot predict what those charges will be or pay it myself.

All orders being shipped outside of the UK will take 5-20 days to arrive, please be patient with the post as delays aboard are very common. Different postage rates apply to different items, this will all be calculated at the checkout.  Any queries on postage please get in touch at felicity@felicityalice.com

Refunds and Returns 

Returns are accepted in the case of faulty or damaged products. If an order arrives damaged, or you believe it is faulty in any way, please contact me at felicity@felicityalice.com as soon as possible with clear photos of the issue so I can appropriately address it for you. If I’m not contacted within 14 days of delivery, I am unable to take responsibility for the damage.  

I take my very best care to ensure your orders arrive as safely as possible but accidents can happen in transit and I will do my best to resolve these for you.  As a small business I cannot cover the cost of returning items back to Felicity Alice, with the exception of those that are faulty or damaged.
